St. Louis Work Zones for August 28 – September 3

Construction limited for Labor Day Weekend

 



ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Department of Transportation is restricting construction work on interstates and state highways during the Labor Day holiday weekend.  Work on most construction projects that would impact travel lanes will stop at noon Friday, August 29.  If required, crews will close lanes where needed for emergency maintenance. Construction work will resume after 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 2.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

  • I-64, St. Louis City, drivers have three shifted 10-foot lanes in both directions between Newstead and Boyle until summer 2014.  The right lane of eastbound I-64 exits at Kingshighway.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, the westbound exit to Boyle Street is closed until summer 2014.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, the Poplar Street Bridge ramp to eastbound I-44 is closed until mid-2015.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, the right lane is closed westbound on the Poplar Street Bridge until mid-2015.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, auxiliary lane closed from Dougherty Ferry to Manchester until mid-November 2014.
  • Route 115, St. Louis County, one lane closed eastbound and westbound from North Hanley to Florissant through summer 2015.
  • Route 21, Jefferson County, one lane closed northbound at Klable Road Bridge until early September.

  • I-44, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound from Poplar Street Bridge to Washington.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., up to two lanes closed on I-55 northbound and southbound from 3rd Street to 4500 Broadway.
  • I-64, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound at Chesterfield Parkway West.
  • I-170, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., two lanes closed northbound from Page Avenue to I-70.
  • I-170, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., up to two lanes closed northbound from Brentwood to Delmar.
  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., up to two lanes closed southbound at I-44.
  • Route 100, St. Louis County, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed westbound from Route 141 to Ries.
  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., one lane closed southbound from Ladue to Clayton.
  • Route K, St. Charles County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound from Route N to South Outer 364.
  • Route 47, Franklin County, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., one lane traffic northbound and southbound between Route 30 and Route FF. 
  • Route A, Franklin County, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound between Union and Route YY.
  • Route Z, Jefferson County, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound from Route A to Metropolitan Blvd.
  • Route B, Jefferson County, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. one lane closed northbound and southbound from Brickyard Road to Big River Bridge.

 

Friday, August 29

  • I-44, St. Louis City, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., one lane closed eastbound and westbound from Poplar Street Bridge to Washington.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, 7 p.m. to 12 p.m., up to two lanes closed on I-55 northbound and southbound from 3rd Street to 4500 Broadway.
  • Route K, St. Charles County, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound from Route N to South Outer 364.
  • Route A, Franklin County, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound between Union and Route YY.
  • Route B, Jefferson County, 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. one lane closed northbound and southbound from Brickyard Road to Big River Bridge.

  • I-170, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., northbound exit ramp onto Forest Park will be closed.
  • I-170, St. Louis County, 10 p.m. to 12 a.m., northbound exit ramp onto Ladue Road will be closed.
  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., one lane closed southbound from Ladue to Clayton.
  • Route 141, St. Louis County, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., up to two lanes closed southbound at I-44.
  • Route 100, St. Louis County, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., one lane closed westbound from Route 141 to Ries.
  • I-64, St. Charles County, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., two lanes closed eastbound from Research Park to Daniel Boone Bridge.
  • Route K, St. Charles County, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., one lane closed northbound and southbound from Route N to South Outer 364.
