St. Louis Work Zones for April 30 - May 6

Maintenance Crews work on restriping roadways

ST. LOUIS – MoDOT's maintenance crews continue to work daily on touching up striping on state roads around the region.  Drivers should be aware of slow moving maintenance operations on roadways.

When drivers see a MoDOT vehicle with flashing lights, they should remember to slow down or move over to avoid the work ahead.  Often three or more maintenance vehicles will be spaced out over some distance to complete maintenance work.

For additional work zone information and real-time roadway weather conditions, go to http://traveler.modot.org/map.  For real time traffic, visit www.gatewayguide.com.  All work is weather permitting and may be shifted due to inclement weather.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures:

  • I-64, St. Louis City, the Poplar Street Bridge ramp to eastbound I-44 is closed until mid-2015.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, two right lanes closed westbound on the Poplar Street Bridge until mid-2015.
