Alert to Carriers Regarding Aggressive Marketing Tactics
It has come to our attention that various motor carriers are being aggressively targeted by companies trying to market or sell both supervisor training and products, such as logbooks. Neither FMCSA nor MoDOT sells or endorses companies that market such products or training services. Who you do business with is your choice. If you receive an advertisement that improperly asserts an association with FMCSA or MoDOT, or attempts to obtain personal banking or credit card information not related to a purchase, please contact Tom Frazier, FMCSA, at (540) 504-6436 or Jerry Baker, MoDOT, at (573) 522-5328.
If you have forgotten your MoDOT Carrier Express userID or have multiple employees or locations and need an additional ID, send an e-mail to ContactMCS@modot.mo.gov with the subject line:
UserID and Password request for (company name)
OR
Password reset request for (company name)
In the body of the e-mail, include:
- Your company name
- Company address
- Phone number
- USDOT number or MoDOT account number
- Your name and
job title
- Indicate whether you are authorized to make business decisions on behalf of the company. If not, provide the name and contact information for the person who can.
If this is the first time you'll work with MoDOT Motor Carrier Services, complete a New Customer Form and attach it to the e-mail. That will help us serve you more quickly!
