MoDOT’s 2018 Civil Rights Compliance/DBE Training Symposium

MoDOT will host its’ Civil Rights Contractor Compliance & DBE Training Symposium on Tuesday, March 13 and Wednesday, March 14, 2018. The symposium will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn 3300 Vandiver Drive Columbia, Missouri.

MoDOT’s External Civil Rights Division has worked tirelessly to plan an exciting and informative conference program packed with educational forums and informative workshops and sessions. The goal of this workshop is to strengthen Equal Employment Opportunity of both MoDOT and Missouri businesses by encouraging the development of a diverse workforce. MoDOT is committed to ensuring a level playing field and obtaining increased participation in the transportation industry for minorities and women. This objective can only be met through the combined efforts of MoDOT personnel, contractors, and large and small businesses located throughout Missouri.

During the 2018 symposium, MoDOT will be offering a special opportunity to meet one on one with DBE firms that you may want to partner with to help meet the DBE goals that are set on various MoDOT projects throughout the State of Missouri. This special event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 13 from 5:00 -7:00 pm.
