General
This web page provides
a source for the submittal of all new products, those to
be considered for addition to one of MoDOT's pre-qualified
or pre-established lists and those considered innovative
or experimental where no department standard or specification
currently exists.
New products considered
innovative or experimental, where no department standard
or specification currently exists, will be reviewed by
MoDOT's Construction and Materials Division. Upon submittal,
the Research section will review the completed New Product
Evaluation Form along with accompanying information for
MoDOT use. Following initial review, the Research section will consult with pertinent MoDOT divisions to determine
if further evaluation is warranted. Applicants will
be notified in writing as to the action taken regarding
their new product submittal.
All new product
submittals must be accompanied with a completed New
Product Evaluation Form.
Dependent upon the type of product being submitted, additional
documentation may be required. A separate form should be
completed for each new product submitted.
