Gov. Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Michael York
Gov. Matt Blunt announced recently that all flags at state facilities in Missouri will be flown at half-staff on the day of memorial services honoring Michael York, a maintenance crew leader with 27 years of service with MoDOT who was killed while performing maintenance on lights along Interstate 70 in Kansas City. Flags will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of memorial services honoring Michael York.

MoDOT Director Testifies in Washington D.C. On Looming Transportation Funding Crisis

The United States is at risk of falling behind other countries in transportation funding, meaning lost jobs and lost lives, MoDOT Director Pete Rahn warned federal lawmakers recently.
