Primary Safety Belt Rollout
The Missouri Coalition for Roadway Safety and its Primary Safety Belt Partners are sponsoring the Primary Safety Belt Rollout Feb. 13. The House Transportation Committee will be hearing House Bill 90, the Primary Safety Belt Bill, at 8 a.m. at the Capitol.
